    Dear Evo Moraels Ayma,

    I am writing to express my deep concern about the investigation into the killing of  Magyarósi Árpád, Michael Martin Dwyer, Rózsa Flores Eduardo and the detencion of Előd Tóásó , Mario Tadic Astorga and Alejandro Gelafio Santiesteban, on the basis of what appears to be flawed evidence.

    I am particularly worried about the inpartial investigation, politized investigation made by prosecutor Marcelo Sosa. The proofs have demonstrated that this is not based on the scientific, and legal evidence available.

    I urge you to carry out a thorough and impartial review of the investigation , taking into account all reliable evidence, and not use the evidences collected ilegally.

    Tóásó Előd, Mario Tadic Astorga and  Alejandro Gelafio Santiesteban should be released and charges dropped if, as is the case so far, there is insufficient reliable evidence        to implicate him.

Estimado Evo Morales Ayma:

Le escribo para expresar mi profunda preocupación por la investigación del asesinato de Magyarosi Árpád, Michael Martin Dwyer, Eduardo Rózsa Flores y la detencion de Elõd Tóásó, Mario Tadic Astorga y Alejandro Gelafio Santiesteban, sobre la base de lo que parecen ser evidencias falsas.

Estoy particularmente preocupado por la investigación parcial y politizada realizada por el fiscal Marcelo Sosa. Las pruebas han demostrado que éste no se basa en los aspectos científicos, jurídicos y las pruebas disponibles.

Les insto a llevar a cabo una revisión exhaustiva e imparcial de la investigación, teniendo en cuenta todas las pruebas fiables, y no utilizar las evidencias recogidas ilegalmente.

Elõd Tóásó, Mario Tadic Astorga y Alejandro Gelafio Santiesteban deben ser liberados y los cargos retirados si, como es el caso hasta ahora, no hay pruebas fiables suficientes para implicarlos.
